This site supervisor role will see you working as part of our project team at Brisbane Airport Domestic terminal, where you will be an integral part of the team to help make sure everything is running smoothly.

• Monitor project performance against the project schedule and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the project does not fall behind
• Site Reporting to look ahead, track progress, and monitor on-site resources and costs
• Promote a proactive approach to Health & Safety and lead by example creating a safety conscious culture
• Manage site activity to meet the requirements of the project schedule which identifies contract milestones and the resources needed

Skills and Experience

You will already have the legal right to work in Australia, and to thrive in this role, you'll need to bring a specific set of skills, experience, and qualities to the table. Here's what we're looking for:

• Qualification in either mechanical or electrical background preferred
• Minimum of five years relevant experience working on-site in a project environment, ideally from within a construction background
• Prior experience with resource planning and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
