Performance & Operational Excellence
- Deploy global KPIs and performance dashboards (financial, operational, customer satisfaction)
- Standardize service processes, tools, costing and reporting models

- Lead the adoption of digital tools (IoT, AI, CMMS, customer portals)
- Promote innovation in service models and delivery methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation across the Services function
M&A & Strategic Support
- Act as Services expert in due diligence and integration of acquisitions
- Ensure alignment of acquired entities with Group Service standards and processes
ABOUT YOU

- Proven track record in developing long-term service activities and customer partnerships
- Experience in international and matrix organizations, with influence-based leadership

You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and a KPI-driven mindset. Comfortable working in multicultural environments, you are able to align stakeholders across regions and functions while driving operational excellence and profitable growth.
You are also recognized for your ability to lead transformation, improve service performance and foster collaboration across international teams.
