Post description
- Circulate widely in the industry and participate in trade shows as identified in the business plan
- Meeting key KPI’s set out within the employment contract |
- Work closely with senior management team to initiate, develop, and implement strategic plans

Profile required
- - Proven track record in sales development, 10 years, preferably with mechanical, electrical or software products/industries and capital projects experience
- - Experience in the logistics, baggage handling industries and commercial aviation industries
- - Sound leadership skills within the sales area
- - Desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service, displaying a total commitment to identifying and providing solutions of the highest possible standards to exceed customer expectations
- - A strategic thinker with the ability to ensure proposed solutions and plans are consistent with the business and competitive strategy of the organisation in a global economy
- - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of our industry
- - The ability to set the highest standards of performance for one’s own and other’s work, to demonstrate personal commitment to the organisation and to motivate self and others to achieve positive results
- - Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- - Previous experience operating within the Middle Eastern market at an intermediate sales level
