About the role:
As Automation Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the commissioning and testing of sorter and conveyor systems, contributing to our global success story. Your responsibilities are integral to ensuring that we meet or exceed quality standards, adhere to schedules and budgets, and fulfill our clients' requirements.
Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Develop detailed commissioning and test plans for sorter and conveyor systems

Execute sub-system testing and handovers

Oversee total system SAT and CAT testing

Lead a team of commissioning engineers

Continuously monitor and report commissioning status and progress using the "test database”

Actively participate in specific interfaces, EDS, and commissioning activities
-
Regularly review resource allocation and planning

Provide valuable maintenance support and expertly manage risks during system upgrades
Profile required
About you
To be considered for this role, you must possess the necessary work rights in Australia and demonstrate the following:

Experience in either PLC or HLC software development and onsite commissioning

Experience in leading BHS commissioning on larger projects
-
Project Management exposure would be an advantage

A Bachelor's degree in engineering
-
Experience leading a team
-
Good written and oral communication skills are essential
