Provide design requirements

 Assist in the development of test
procedures.
 Assist in writing end user manuals

Keep up to date with current
development technologies and
innovations to assess whether
they can be leveraged to
provide value for Alstef.
 Lead the design or contribute to
the design of applications and
components.

Follow Alstef’s development
processes.
 Factory Test to ensure automation
systems meets requirements.
 Maintain Alstef’s quality standards,
policies, procedures &
methodologies in all areas of
design development.
 Develop a good understanding of
all automation systems developed
at Alstef.

Profile required

Able to develop PLC, HMI and SCADA Software solutions using a wide range of technologies.
 At least 4+ years automation experience.
o Experience in Siemens\Rockwell Software.
o Programming Languages: (Preferred: Ladder, FBD, ST)
o Communication Protocol:( Preferred: Ethernet, ProfiNet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/IP)
o Hardware
o Add-on Instruction
o Consume Tag structure.
o Code/HMI Development.
o Maintenance, erection, and commissioning ex
 In-depth knowledge of Information Technology & disciplines, such as networks, operating systems,
distributed computing & application development.
 Fluent in English, especially on technical matters
 Proficiency in office communications and engineering software.
 Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is required. (e.g., software/electrical/computer systems/mechatronics
engineering)
 Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
 Able to interface with the stakeholders and project managers to ensure the proper requirements are
understood and being met.
 Ability to prepare & present complex technical data in an insightful, succinct & professional manner
 Ability to work with commercially sensitive & confidential information exercising the highest degree of
discretion
 Proactive & committed approach to the establishment of an environment of service excellence & ethic in all
areas of the business
 Shall exhibit the stature, knowledge, personality & communication skills to rapidly gain credibility with
managers, both internally & externally & to influence key decision makers
