Do you have a hunger to chase and close new business? We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will grow our brand in the logistics (parcel) markets.

In this role you are the face of the company, and will be integral in growing our presence within the Australian logistics market.
Summary of tasks:
- Responsible for the sale of logistic products
- Growing sales with new customers in line with the Company Sales Plan
- Contacting potential clients, pursing leads, and then moving them through the full sales cycle
- Arranging meetings and client presentations
- Providing sufficient market feedback to plan and develop sales strategies
- Circulate widely in the industry and participate in trade shows as identified
About You – Skills, Experience and Requirements
We are looking for someone to make this role their own and use their experience in the logistics (parcel) industry to their advantage. You are the type of person who is able to easily build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs, in turn providing them with a solution and converting sales in the process. You will already have the legal right to work in Australia, and your current skillset will include the following:
- Proven track record in sales development at a senior level
- Desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communications skills, both written, oral and in presentations
- Active listener with a compelling sales personality
