ABOUT THE ROLE
Important note:
- Fluency in both English and French is required, as you will interact daily with international teams and stakeholders
- This position requires a strong on-site presence at the Group's headquarters near Orléans (Boigny-sur-Bionne - 45), while offering flexibility through a hybrid working model. Given the international nature of the role, regular interactions with global teams and occasional international travel to the Group's entities are expected.
Reporting to the Executive Committee, you will lead, coordinate and oversee a portfolio of high-impact strategic initiatives supporting the Group's growth, transformation and harmonisation.
Rather than managing a single project, you will ensure the successful delivery of multiple concurrent strategic projects with interdependencies, balancing priorities, resources and timelines across the Group. You will work cross-functionally with international entities and subsidiaries to accelerate execution, strengthen collaboration and ensure alignment with the Group's strategic objectives.
As a true enabler and change driver, you will help structure governance, improve coordination across countries and functions, and enhance the Group's overall execution capability.
Key responsibilities :
Strategic portfolio & project management
- Lead and coordinate a portfolio of Group-wide strategic transformation initiatives sponsored by members of the Executive Committee.
- Monitor, prioritise and oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective management of interdependencies, risks and competing priorities.
- Establish portfolio governance, project methodologies, KPIs, reporting and decision-making frameworks.
- Provide Executive Committee members with clear visibility on project status, risks, resource constraints and strategic trade-offs.
- Identify roadblocks across projects and propose pragmatic solutions to maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business priorities, timelines and expected outcomes.
Transformation & harmonisation of practices
- Support the harmonisation of processes, governance and ways of working across the Group.
- Foster collaboration between the Group's various companies and departments.
- Strengthen coordination between teams in France, New Zealand, USA, India and other international subsidiaries.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams.
- Contribute to major transformation programmes, including organisational changes, strategic performance initiatives, ERP deployments and process improvements.
Supporting Group growth
- Bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of organisational performance and execution practices.
- Support change management across leadership teams and operational functions.
- Prepare analyses, recommendations and decision-support materials for the Group's Executive Committee.
- Promote a portfolio management mindset by ensuring initiatives are prioritised, coordinated and aligned with the Group's strategic roadmap.
ABOUT YOU
Education & experience
- Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
- 3 to 8 years of successful experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Management / organisational transformation consulting in large consulting firm
- In-house strategic project management role, or Chief of Staff or PMO
- Or a fast-growing startup / scale-up or transformation / mid-sized company environment
