We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects from initiation to completion. You will be helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while also building and promoting the integrity of Glidepath’s brand, exceeding client expectations, and supporting the Company’s position as a market leader.

About You – Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in project management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in agile project management methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in project risk management and the ability to develop and implement contingency plans
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project and JIRA
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus

A Summary of Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development of, and management of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans
  • Monitor project progress, track project milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and satisfaction
  • Provide leadership to, and mentor project teams, and facilitate team collaboration and communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing project success and future business opportunities
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects to contractual and commercial targets
  • Lead by example, promote a proactive health and safety-conscious culture, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
