About the Role

As QSE Compliance Coordinator you will be overseeing the Quality/Safety/Environment management systems across Australia and New Zealand and working with your counterpart in our India office to ensure we achieve certifications in ISO 9001, 45001, 14001.

  • Conduct regular reviews of the HSEQ systems
  • Facilitate regular management reviews of corrective actions, non-conformance, and engineering change requests.
  • Providing training and coaching on safety programs
  • Assist with risk assessments on safety issues
  • Conduct internal audits to demonstrate compliance against systems.

Skills & Experience

To thrive in this role you will need a good understanding of requirements and the implementation of ISO Standards 9001, 14001 and 45001 along with 

  • Demonstratable skills and experience in Quality Management Systems, including working knowledge of reporting, auditing, and data analysis. 
  • Understanding of document development, including processes and procedures.
  • ISO internal auditor/lead auditor certification preferred.
  • Effective Communication: Good written and oral communication skills are essential.

  • English English - Level advanced
