We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our projects team.

This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving documentation that supports project delivery, technical processes, and client requirements.

The Technical Writer will work closely with engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts to ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with project goals and compliance standards.

Essential skills in this role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a technical writer in a project-based or technical environment.

  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly and concisely.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar).

Profile required

This role would involve someone who has some or all of the following attributes:

  • Graphic design or visual communication skills for creating diagrams, flowcharts, and visual aids.

  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

  • Comfortable working under deadlines in a dynamic project environment.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to continuously improve processes and outputs.

  • Ability to liaise confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Stong Organizational skills with supreme attention to detail

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.).

  • Knowledge of industry standards for documentation and compliance (e.g., ISO, CE, health and safety standards).
