About the Role
Alstef Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Sydney or Brisbane to drive our sales initiatives throughout Australia and New Zealand, with a primary emphasis on the aviation sector, particularly in baggage handling at major airports.
- Identify & generate a steady flow of potential market opportunities
- Coordinate bid proposals, negotiation and contract acquisition
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to guide product development
- Mentor and train other sales team members and peers to increase industry and product knowledge
- Lead presentations and represent Alstef Australia PTY LTD at key industry events

Skills & Experience
You will already have the legal right to work in Australia, and your current skillset will include the following:
- A proven track record in senior-level sales, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or software industries.
- Experience in the logistics, baggage handling, and commercial aviation sectors.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
- A strategic thinker aligned with the organisation's global competitive strategy.
- The ability to establish and maintain strong industry relationships.
- A commitment to excellence and a drive to inspire superior performance in yourself and others.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing oral, written, and presentation abilities.
- Previous experience operating at a senior sales level within the Australia and/or New Zealand market.
This role resides in Australia and will require regular domestic and international travel throughout the major airports in Australia and New Zealand.
