Alstef Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Sydney to drive our sales initiatives, with a primary emphasis on the aviation sector, particularly in baggage handling at major airports.
About the role:
As the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:

Consistently identifying and generating a steady flow of potential market opportunities

Coordinating bid proposals, negotiation, and contract acquisition

Forging strategic alliances and partnerships to expand business opportunities

Conducting in-depth market analysis to guide product development

Leading presentations and representing Alstef Group at key industry events

Manage costs and budgets

Mentor and train other sales team members and peers to increase industry and product knowledge
Profile required
About you:

Proven track record in Sales development at senior level, preferably in mechanical, electrical or software products and capital projects experience

Experience in the Baggage Handling systems and commercial aviation sectors

Exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service

A strategic thinker aligned with the organisation's global competitive strategy

The ability to establish and maintain strong industry relationships

A commitment to excellence and a drive to inspire superior performance in yourself and others

Excellent communication skills, encompassing oral, written, and presentation abilities

Previous experience operating at a senior sales level within the Australia and/or New Zealand market
