We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior Software QA/Test Engineer to play a crucial role in delivering top-tier software solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the functionality, quality, and reliability of our embedded web-based, and mobile applications. Reporting to the Senior Software Product Manager, this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

• Analyse project requirements to understand scope and objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and map out specific features and functionalities
• Create comprehensive plans that outline test strategies, objectives, schedule, estimation, deliverables and resource requirements
• Champion best practices for testing and software documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest QA tools and techniques

Profile required

About you

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing (web & mobile applications)
• Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, or  a related field 
• Previous experience in Baggage Handling Systems or Automation would be ideal 
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium) and processes
• Proficiency in programming languages for test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#)
• Experience with SQL databases for data validation during testing
• A proactive mindset and passion for learning new technologies
