About this role
In this role, you will spearhead complex initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. Your expertise will enable you to navigate challenges, build robust stakeholder relationships and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Project Leadership: Inspire and mentor project teams to foster collaboration, accountability and superior performance
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders to secure project success and pave the way for future opportunities
- Performance Tracking: Monitor progress, identify risks and deliver actionable updates to stakeholders.

Profile required
Your Expertise:
To excel in this role, you will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills and a proven history of successfully delivery of projects.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Senior Project Management role. Experience working on consortium or joint venture projects would be advantageous
- Technical Acumen: Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with baggage handling or material handling systems is highly advantageous
- Commercial Insight: Strong financial and commercial acumen to manage budgets and drive value
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in New Zealand
- Travel: This role works across various projects and has frequent domestic and international travel requirements, therefore you must have the flexibility to travel
