We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our project team at Brisbane Airport's Domestic Terminal. This is your chance to play a key role in a high-profile project and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Keep Projects on Track: Monitor performance against the schedule, make adjustments as needed, and ensure key milestones are met.
Site Reporting: Look ahead, track progress, and manage on-site resources and costs effectively.
Champion Safety: Lead by example and foster a proactive, safety-first culture across the site.
Oversee Site Activity: Manage day-to-day operations to meet project requirements, resource needs, and contract milestones.

Note: This role includes night shifts, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Profile required

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Mechanical Trade qualification
Minimum 5 years of on-site project experience, preferably in the construction industry
Resource Planning & Scheduling experience
Strong Communication Skills: Capable of engaging effectively with team members at all levels.
