Post description

The Systems and Network Administrator is in charge of:

  • for internal IT infrastructure : ensuring that all internal IT systems and IT services are running efficiently by operating the IT infrastructure maintenance and evolutions within a high standard of quality, productivity, and security

·         for customer BHS installation : configuring, installing, testing and delivering the IT infrastructure necessary to run the BHS system (server, switch, firewall, network ...) during the project phase, then supervising and maintaining this IT infrastructure all along the BHS installation life cycle as part of maintenance services

MAIN ACTIVITIES

INTERNAL IT INFRASTRUCTURE 

IT Assets & contracts Management

  • Manage IT equipment inventory: server, storage, network, Wi-Fi, videoconferencing ...
  • Manage software inventory: VMware, Windows Server, Linux, database ...
  • Continuously ensure that the IT architecture description is up-to-date
  • Monitor material and licences support contracts

IT Lifecycle Management

  • Organize the preventive maintenance plan, applying IT and cybersecurity group practices
  • Manage remediation tasks
  • Propose enhancements and evolutions to comply with Alstef India and Alstef Group new needs
  • Implement these evolutions when decided
  • Ensure level 3 support (IT infrastructure expertise)

IT infrastructure supervision

  • Participate to Group IT infrastructure supervision as part of the Group 24/7 supervision team for India time-zone
  • Take corrective actions if needed

User support

  • Manage IT end-users materials supply and inventory : laptop/desktop, printer, smartphone ...
  • Prepare and configure end-points, applying the Group standards
  • Participate to level 1 and 2 support as part of the Group 24/7 support team for India time-zone

 

ISO – QUALITY AND CYBERSECURITY

  • Abide by Group Quality and Cybersecurity processes (ISO 9001 and ISO27001)
  • Comply with cybersecurity policy, rules and practices and make sure these rules are correctly implemented in India through regular audits and awareness actions
  • Abide by health, safety and environment regulation and policies
  • Proactively contribute to Group continuous improvement by proposing improvement request when necessary
