About this role

• Customer Interaction: Provide professional phone support, responding promptly to incidents and requests logged by our customers.
• Project Involvement: Assist in deploying and implementing services and projects that drive our success.
• Tech Troubleshooting: Deliver basic hardware, network, and software support to ensure smooth operations.

Profile required

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual who is organised, process-driven and ready to take on challenges. Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of networking (especially IP telemetry) and Windows server operating systems.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with PLC coding (preferred but not essential).
• Mobility: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Work Rights: Permanent work rights in New Zealand.
