Post description

As a growing global company, Alstef Group has defined an ambitious roadmap for its Information Systems across its entities in France and abroad. This roadmap includes the deployment of a CRM, a customer portal, an HR system, and collaborative tools to enhance customer project management and team collaboration. In 2025, the company will also launch its ERP project, developing a Core Model for global use.

 

To support this strategic digital transformation, our CIO is building a Projects Team and seeking a Global IS Project Manager with proven experience. Reporting directly to the Head of IS, you will join a dynamic and growing team of 14 experts, including Project Managers, IS Architects, Developers, and a Support Delivery Manager.

 

As a Global ERP Project Manager, you will lead the identification and the implementation of innovative solutions in particular the implementation of an ERP in the different entities of Alstef Group. He/She will manage from the proposal phase to the delivery phase including the handover to the Support team.

 

Your key responsibilities will include : 

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops,
  • Overall lead for the project delivery (cost, time, scope and quality),
  • Deliver status updates to the project sponsors and the leadership,
  • Manage profile set up and other technical functionalities (technical administrator),
  • Responsible to oversee the interactions with other IS tools through interfaces,
  • Responsible for the change management brought by the project during the implementation and guarantee phases.

 

Travel required (infrequent) for this position (France and International).

Profile required

You have a strong ability to analyze needs and manage projects effectively. You are skilled at leading meetings and drafting comprehensive documentation, both in-person and remotely. Setting objectives for team members and monitoring their progress comes naturally to you, as does motivating and managing a team to achieve success.

Your personal qualities include excellent listening and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and a client-focused approach. You manage stress effectively and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

You bring at least 5 years of experience in project management, along with a solid educational background in Project Management or a related field. ERP implementation is an asset.

Professional fluency in English and French are essential for this role.
