In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our complex schedule aligns with real-world progress, client expectations, and project goals. You’ll bring structure and foresight to a fast-paced environment by developing and maintaining integrated schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities and risks before they impact delivery.

As the Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the master project schedule across design and site activities. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective forecasting, progress tracking, reporting, and change management.

This is a hands-on planning role that will require excellent technical scheduling capabilities, strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive mindset to keep the project on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the master project schedule for BHS works in Brisbane.

  • Regularly update schedules to reflect progress, phasing changes, and design updates

  • Identify critical paths, milestones, and interdependencies to support forecasting and decision-making

  • Prepare regular progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage short-term two-week lookahead schedules to align daily activities with broader goals

  • Coordinate with project managers, design teams, site teams, and client representatives

  • Facilitate schedule review meetings and integrate feedback from various stakeholders

  • Support claims and time impact analyses by recording and categorising delay events

  • Align internal schedules with the client master program, tracking impacts and supporting milestone realignment
